At our factory in Best, you are a crucial link in our machine park as an Allround CNC Operator. You’ll work with modern CNC lathe sand make sure multiple machines run continuously at the highest quality level.
No prior experience? No problem—we’ll invest in your development. As long as you’re curious and eager to learn, we’ll guide you step by step through our processes.
You’ll work in a technical, dynamic environment where precision and quality matter. You care that every part is perfect. With your practical mindset and hands-on mentality, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take real responsibility for machine output.
During your onboarding, you’ll learn how to set up and operate our CNC machines, and how to use advanced measuring equipment for quality checks. You’ll also get to work with the industrial cleaning machine(Ecoclean), making you responsible for the cleaning process of parts as well. You’ll switch smoothly between machines, contribute ideas for improvements, and stay flexible when the work demands it.
